No sale over Christmas? Why patience pays for Melbourne vendors.

While we’re all winding down, we’ve still been watching the market closely. Melbourne property values have continued their upward trend through December, clearance rates have hovered near 70%, and quality homes priced right are still attracting strong offers within days.

But… we’re also seeing many auctions pass in. It’s raised some important questions around campaign strategy and pricing tactics.

Buyers haven’t gone anywhere - particularly those wanting to settle before the school year starts. There’s still room to secure great results without discounting, but you need the right people in your corner.
